We have been invited to attend a Post 16 IAG event at Guthlaxton College on Thursday 12th February 2015. Leaving Groby Community College at 12noon and arriving back for 4pm. This event will be of interest to the following students:

  • Year 13 students who have not applied to University and are looking for Apprenticeships/Employment
  • Year 12 students who are looking to leave college at the end of Year 12 (AS Level)
  • Year 12 students who are not looking at going to University after Year 13

At the event there will be 16+ employers and representatives from Prospects (Independent Careers Guidance).  EHM Group will be running interviews and talks on Business Apprenticeships and Grant Thornton, Sakhi Solicitors and Cromwell Tools will also be holding workshops. This is a great opportunity to find out what is on offer and start making important contacts for your future. We have limited places so it will be a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in attending this event please collect a letter from Grace Barson in her Office.
