The Counselling Directory is a confidential service that encourages those parents/carers/students in distress to seek help.  The directory contains information on many different types of distress, as well as articles, news and events please click here for more information and a direct link to their site.

The National Careers Service provides information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training and work opportunities.  The service offers confidential and impartial advice.  This is supported by qualified careers advisers.
