We have had some recent enquiries about the college policy regarding PE kit. All students are expected to bring the appropriate PE kit to all PE lessons, even if they can’t take a full part in the lesson due to injury. If students are injured they need to bring a note from home explaining why they can’t participate. If this is the case then students need to be prepared to take on another role during the lesson, possibly as a coach or official.

Many lessons take place outside on the playing fields and we don’t want students going out to the playing fields in their college uniform. If students do not bring the appropriate PE kit to lessons they will be expected to borrow spare kit from the PE department – this is washed regularly. They will also be issued with a break time detention.
