An innovative new school-based training route with the opportunity to have contrasting placements across our cluster of 11-19 schools. You will have the opportunity to work in primary, high, secondary, special schools and with post 16 students.

What happens on a selection day?

  • You will observe a lesson and give feedback
  • You will take part in a collaborative task
  • Give a presentation on your experience to date
  • Attend a formal interview.
How will students be supported by the school?
  • If you are successful you will be invited to various school events prior to starting the course
  • You will be given a full induction programme and a specialist mentor.

What subjects are on offer?

English        Geography        History        Maths        Science
