In order to ensure that all members of the college community strive to meet their potential the college is committed to ensuring that all staff have access to high quality training to support them in their work and develop their pedagogy. The Teaching and Learning Communities meet throughout the year and focus on sharing good practice and strategies to ‘Close The Gap’.
