As an academy working within the umbrella of a trust, it is the Governors of the college who have ultimate responsibility for all matters of policy. The Governors are the Directors of the college and the staff are therefore their employees. The Governors meet three times a year and additionally in the form of Committees with responsibility for finance, teaching, learning and achievement as well as student wellbeing.
