SPECIALIST LEADERS OF EDUCATION (SLEs)

Our team of specialist leaders of Education are outstanding middle leaders who have the skills to support individuals or teams in similar positions in other schools. They are deployed into local schools to help improve the quality of teaching and leadership through school to school support and peer to peer coaching. These colleagues have a successful track record, first class knowledge in their area of expertise and the ability to communicate effectively.
